Any suggestions to get into form designer? I am a site collection admin and we have purchased the app. I emailed support, just looking for suggestions in the meantime.
Nintex Forms icon misson on ribbon after updating. Tried re-installing the app.
Nevermind. It jjust took a bit to appear. The designer icon is there now and all is well. Whew!

That can happen sometimes. Usually I just uninstall and reinstall the app.
There's a twist though.
- Uninstall it
- Install it from the store
- Go to Site contents
- Cancel the installation
- Go back to the store and reinstall it
That should do the trick.
