Hi,I have a list with text values. I use this list in a ForEach loop and store the Title value in a variable.I then use the 365 query list and want to filter records where a choice field equals that variable. If I write out the filter value in the CAML as text, I get a result. If I use the variable instead, I get 0 results.  What am I doing wrong? Note that the Owner Role is a Choice field in the list I want to filter. I attach a screenshot of the CAML from Notepad++. The top CAML works fine, but the bottom CAML does not. How can I post CAML code here?
Is it possible to send the task reminder (due date) email prior to sending out the initial due date email?
Hello, I am trying to test starting a workflow from another workflow but I am getting an error. The workflow is very simple, when someone creates a new record in a list it kicks off the main workflow, the main workflow just logs to history that we are in the main workflow. I then call a second workflow that is part of the same list, that workflow simply logs to history that we are now in the nested workflow.  The error I am getting is:Cannot contact site at the specified URL https://xxx.sharepoint.com/sites/ericr/Lists/Eric_NestedWorkflow/. There is no Web named "/sites/ericr/Lists/Eric_NestedWorkflow/_vti_bin/sites.asmx". I have the following entered for the destination URL in the start workflow node on the main workflow: https://xxx.sharepoint.com/sites/ericr and I have my nested workflow listed for the workflow name: Eric_NestedWorkflow Am i using the correct URL for the Destination site url? Let me know if any more information is needed, sorry if this is posted somewhere already, i
Following the steps in this link Populate a Calculated Value Field with HTML/Picture but in office 365 I resolve the form, but when I want to save the item I received an error:  Only received this error if I save more than I repeating section. If only have one, I can save perfectly.
Hi, I'm new to Nintex. I'm translating a SharePoint Designer workflow for a library to Nintex for O365. The first step is already the biggest problem: How can I check if a document is checked out? The workflow should only run if the document is checked in and stop if the document is checked out I've seen some post about querying the library, but that interface looks totally different to what I'm seeing here and I can't get it to work. The Checked Out To field cannot be compared to anything and will always result in TRUE.  Why is this so hard?Â
Hello experts!  I'd like to know if it's possible to create a NintexForm with some fields hidden which the customers or requesters will fill in but when the owners of the sharepoint site will open this form after it will be submitted, they could see every fields. Basically, it's like two views of the form.. first one for the requesters and the submitted version for the owners. thanks in advanced!
Hi, I have a Nintex form that I have published, and then changed and saved (not published) on the request of the client. They then came back to me and said they'd like to rethink again and to not do any more work and leave it as it is. So therefore I need to discard my saved version and just use revert to the Published version. Is there a way of reverting the form designer back to the currently published version rather than the saved version? I appreciate there is no version control, but if you can't do that, I'd be surprised. Thanks
Hello fellow Nintexers. I am starting to work with actionable messages in O365. Specifically, I want to pull the message from the task list into my main form. The problem is, if I don't do a Regular Expression trimming and Get Item from Collection, I get something that looks like this - [{"OData__Comments":"Have a nice time"}]. If I add these actions to get a nice looking "Have a nice time." and the user doesn't actually enter anything into the Actionable Message, the WF terminates because "Index property is greater than the number of items in the collection." How have you all dealt with this issue. It would be great is the Query list action just dropped off the "[{"OData__Comments":" stuff, but I'll be happy for now with the added functionality. Â
Hello everyone! I am working on a form and I need to autopopulate fields based on another fields, I have done it on simple text fields but I don't know how to do it on date/time fields. I need to autopopulate a date/time field based on another date/time field so that they will have the same value.  Do you have any idea on how I can implement this? Thank you!

What's the recommended way to pass variable data and start a 2016 workflow from O365?

Hi,I have a w/f that has a mmd field. How do you write back the value to the list?    How do you use this in call HTTP serivce?
When clicking the Print to PDF button, Nintex seems to start generating the pdf, but when it tries to return the file to IE, I get a 404 page not found error. In the address bar there is a seemingly valid address for the pdf file (https://neu-des-fol.nintexo365.net/services/NfPrintServices.svc/DownloadFile?key=PDF_8e7295c706524c7d8f7af160b97d50d2 )In Google Chrome the pdf file downloads without problems. Does Nintex require any special settings in Internet Explorer?
What is the script or way to perform a "Submit and Duplicate " action on my form. What I want to do is that if user hits "Submit and Duplicate" after the item's saved, form still remains opened (new form) and some values from the saved form must be transferred to the new one. Guess this should be done using JavaScript but can't figure that out. How can it be done? I can't figure out the code or workflow for it.duplicatenintexformsnintex jquerynintexworkflow
When using the forms webpart to embed a form in a page, there is a redirect URL. I don't really want to send the user anywhere, and having the redirect url set as the current URL of the page makes the page reload and doesn't really give the user confirmation of their submission. I'd like to have the form just show a little "thanks for your submission" type message within the frame on the page. I did add a confirmation message to the "Save" button which pops up at the top of the page, but then the page still reloads. I see that there is a "Confirmation Page" setting for On-Prem, but don't see anything comparable for 365. Am I missing something?
In other versions of Nintex Forms it was possible to customize a content type's form by going the Content Type Settings > Eddit Form with Nintex forms but I don't see that option on the O365 version. I have added the App "Nintex Forms for O365, am I missing anything else?Note that this is not a list based form, it is just a content type.
In my workflow I have a "pause for duration" within a "loop." The specific pause is 5 minutes.IÂ used a "run if" so that it only happens every 40 items. I noticed in my workflow history that the workflow did not pause as expected. I added a log to check within the run if statement. Â Any ideas why it's skipping the pause? I attached snapshots of my workflow as well as the workflow history from a specific instance.Â

Hello everyone, I am working on a form and I am thinking, is it possible to have a search bar in the nintex form instead of using the choice control? Because I have more than 20 choices and the dropdown for the choice control is too long. Has anybody achieved this or any idea on how to do this? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I have three lists: Projects, Iterations, and Requirements. Iterations has a lookup column called "projects" that looks up to the Projects list on the field "Title". On the form for Projects, I want to display all items in Iterations where "projects" == CurrentItemTitle. I would also like for it to display items in the "Requirements" list where status == backlog and project == CurrentItemTitle. Effectively, this should/would display all iterations and backlogged requests pertaining to a specific project. I used the lookup funciton in a calculated value as so: lookup("iterations", "project", {ItemProperty:Title}, "Title") which only returns one of the items in the iterations list. I tried a lookup part, but that is wanting a user to select from an appropriately filtered listing of iterations.Â
Greetings, I have a Nintex workflow running on O365 list that was working for months and all of a sudden, it stopped working today and errors out with access is denied. Worked with the site owners to confirm that permissions has not be altered and verified the permissions myself. Background Information - The site is opened up to everyone with Read access, however, the list and Workflow Tasks list have broken inheritance where the security group that contains every users in the organization is added with Contribute access.  Troubleshooting steps -Ensured that WORKFLOWS CAN USE APP PERMISSIONS site feature was enabled. Verified that users were indeed able to create/add new items to the list. Re-initiated the workflow by clicking the RETRY NOW link within the workflow status. In order to get the workflow to work, I temporary elevated every users' access as contributor or added the security group to the Members SharePoint Group which I don't think would be necessary. I have worked with the
Hello,I have a SharePoint group and I need to add all members of that group to a collection. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to accomplish that? Thanks,Matt
Given the Nintex licensing model, we as admins need to know where it gets installed. Is there a way for a SharePoint service admin to view/monitor where (what sites/site collections) Nintex Workflow for Office365 app is installed in a tenant?
If the SharePoint list/library is associated with multiple content types then SharePoint out-of-the-box edit forms provide provision to switch to different content types. Attached a screen shot for the same in case I am not clear.  However, Nintex form requires to be created for every content type. Nintex form in edit mode does not list the content types available in the list/library unlike the SharePoint list/library edit forms. Thereby, we cannot modify the content type using Nintex form. I require this in upload document scenario where document gets associated with default content type and I would like to switch to different content type but Nintex form does not list them. Please suggest any solutions if you have come across this situation.Â
