we have a customize nintex dsktop form and trying to convert the form into mobile app. but the custom css and javascript is not working in mobile app. Please let me know how to procedd furthur . Client wants mobile view of the form. Thanking in advanced!!!

My requirement is about setting Current user in the people picker field when clicking on the Choice field "option A" and clearing it when "Option B" is selected. Also, the current user has to be set again in the people picker when "Option A" is selected. I'm planning to implement this functionality using JQuery.  I came across NF.PeoplePickerApi option and found that it works only in On-Perm but not in O365 Nintex. Do we have any other alternatives for this ? Nintex for Office 365‌

I have an issue in a live production workflow that needs to be resolved asap. A task is being assigned to multiple people. The task waits for all to respond. I want the task to reject if at least one of the people rejects the task request. So all must approve. I can't see what option to choose in Assignee Options to make that happen. I've tried "Wait for all responses" and "Wait for specific response". Neither does what I need done. Is there something I'm missing or is my scenario not an option?ot an option.

Hello guys Today, and out of sudden I start receiving the below error when I try to create a new item; although I did not change anything neither in the WF nor in the Form.  What might be the cause, knowing that yesterday I created a new item successfully without getting this error. Thank youHassan

Is it possible to create a Nintex workflow that starts when a new email arrives in a specified O365 group mail inbox to get the attachment into a SharePoint list?

I cannot figure out why this is appearing in the Nintex workflow gallery. The workflow appears to be working just fine. 

When I try to login, the screen moves to our company Office 365 login screen, which I input. After clicking Sign-in, this disappears and the screen goes blank except for the Nintex Mobile app background, and nothing loads. Am I missing anything in setup. Or is there an environmental setting missing to allow me to access forms on our tenant?

When I go to print to PDF a reopened, previously submitted form, the PDF excludes any images on the form.  Is there a way to make sure the images come through into the PDF?

Hi, I have a  created a Form/workflow that works fine when creating new items in a SharePoint list. The problem is when trying to run it via a mobile device in the SharePoint app. I get an error msg after filling the nintex form and tryning to submit it. It says "Server Error in '/' Application.Runtime Error.....the request been terminated. " . I have downloaded the Nintex mobile App, but I feel I'm stuck!How to run the workflows in the mobile devices?BRNada

I realize it's probably an odd question to ask in this group but can anyone guide me on how to start a Nintex Designer WF from a SPD workflow. I assume it is by utilizing an SPD web call, but cannot figure out the specifics.

I am trying to call a nintex workflow using Call HTTP web service action instead of Start Workflow action.

I have developed a nintex form having some lookup fields on the form those getting data from another lists.When i opened the new form sometimes it's not populating the values on the form, when I refresh the form then it populates.  Why this issue occures?can anyone help me?

I was able to get one png file to display in the nintex app mobile form on the ipad, however i'v not been able to get any others to display. I've tried many different file types - png, jpg, tiff, gif. I have no idea what I did differently with the only one that is displaying! What the heck is going on with images on mobile devices on the 365 platform?

Does anyone know if there is an example (or be willing to share) a workflow with the DocuSign Populate Template?  I am new to the product and wanted to look at something really basic where the workflow would just populate to DocuSign as in a workflow that would have one approver?  Thanks.

I can create connections for List & Library. I'm getting errors in when using the connection after 30-60 minutes. It creates without an issue, and it works without an issue, until it stops. "Invalid authorization for connection 'List Access'. Credentials may have expired."  We have another connection that is set up with the same account (site & user administration) which uses Basic (username and password). That connection works fine and has never broke yet, just when it's being used in the OAuth type connections  

Hello,  with Nintex Workflow for Office 365, i'm building a workflow that has to connect to LOB web services.I want securing the web services access (Azure Functions).The simpliest way may be to check the Nintex plateform IP, but what are theses IP adresses ? Do you have other option to secure the webservices ?  Thank you for you feedback. Best regards. Hervé.

Hello,I need to dynamically find the URL of a current item in a document library for use in a Web Request.  The problem is that I am using Office 365, so {Workflow Context: Current Item URL} brings back the URL in this format:[sitename]/[listname]/Forms/DispForm.aspx?ID=[#]I need it in the format:[sitename]/[listname]/[FileName].csvThis is the format that on-prem uses for {Workflow Context: Item URL}, but I don't see any out of the box equivalent. Is there a way to pull the URL in the latter format easily?  For bigger picture on what I am trying to achieve... Vadim Tabakman has a great tutorial for parsing a CSV and converting it to SharePoint list itms, but I'm in O365 rather than SP 2013, and am finding the discrepancy in Current Item URL vs. Item URL is causing me issues. Thanks!

Hi Friends. I am newbie in nintex , i though it is powerfull. i am not a developer, pardon me if i give wrong direction and question. I have tried in making cascading look up inside of arepeating section. but there is a problem I was trying to practice this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lxgyOzL-bek and this https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=14&v=Xx5q31FZF9g   This "filtering" in properties is important du to be set in to show only related city that country owns. but the problem is : i cant find "filtering" in lookup properties WHEN it is located in repeating section. so i cant not make a filtering city.But if i make outside repeating section, the "filtering" is appeared. Any Solution?

I want to check to see if a user is present in the particular AD group (or SP group) using Nintex workflow O365.  I can do this with on-premise but have't found a way for O365.

I have a workflow that sends an email on reject with a link back to the original form so that the user can update based on comments captured during the reject task.  When I update and then save the form, I get the message "Version Conflict". What is causing this and how do I stop it?
