I have a classic 365 form where i am using the label column to present a link. To build that link i was to apply a reference but there appears no option to select any of the forms references and use them in the hyperlink string. Any ideas?

I am creating a form (Sharepoint list > Nintex Forms > New Responsive designer), and then I add a default value to some field. Thereafter: saving and publishing the form.  When I open a new form of this type, then the default value will not appear in the field. Why is that?I thought that a default value should appear there if nothing else is provided. 

I have a form with a list lookup element.When connecting it to the correct list and sharpoint online column everything works as intended.I can select streetnames from the form’s dropdown. But after submitting its displaying the corresponding ID number of the streetname of the list, instead of the streetname itself. When opening the sharepoint list item the streetname is visible.When pulling the item from the list using PowerAutomate the streetname is also visible.When intervening using PowerAutomate to create an item using the same list and bypassing the Nintex form the streetname is also visible. What is happening in the form that it’s passing the ID value instead of the streetname. I delete the control, published the form, readded the control and published again > no fixI deleted the sharepoint list and column, recreated those > no fixI created the sharepoint online views > no fixI’m clueless.

I have a choice form field in Nintex for O365, the choices are 5 budget approvers, it lists their first name and last name.  The user selects their budget approver via radio button.  How can I get the selected approvers name into an email?  The approver needs to receive an email if selected. No problem if it was a People Picker.  Thanks!

I've heard chirps about Nintex is due to no longer support Nintex Workflow for O365 in a few years. We have been instructed to start migrating our workflows to NWC soon to support this however NWC is not as compatible with SPO lists as we would have hoped as we started migrating workflows. Is this true or a misunderstanding? I'm praying it is not true.....

How do you trigger a workflow to run anytime a Date control value changes? This could be changing from one date to a different date, or from a blank date to a filled in date.I believe this was possible to do in Nintex Workflow for SharePoint 2013 as it had a “compare to previous value” option you could select. In Nintex Workflow for O365 that option is not there for some reason. I have tried this simple approach shown in screenshot with no luck.Is there any way to pull this off? Any chance the “compare to previous value” option could be added to this version of Nintex?

I am not crazy, multiple choice fields with the allow multiple choices and add values manually use to work on Nintex forms. It would have an “other” option created by default. What happened to it? It is not available anymore. What am I missing?  

I have a pretty straightforward form that is inserting DateTime variables from a SharePoint list but whenever they print to email, the data always includes the time as well as the date - which is not something that was included, so it always shows up as “12:00:00 AM”. Hello.I have list workflows on several sites that trigger emails to one or two persons when item is created or changed. These have been working as expected since 2018. Yesterday, 4 different workflows on three different lists started sending 3-15 duplicates. When I check there is only one instance of the list workflow on the site, and the workflows only ran once for each list item.We are still using Microsoft workflow cloud. Has anyone seen this or know what I can do to stop the duplicate emails? Good Morning Guys, I am trying to solve a dilemma where 2 to 3 users are opening and saving form changes around the same time ultimately resetting some fields back to defaults - blank values.  Each user has a specific set of fields to action so trying to figure out a way to retain values for fields that aren’t applicable to a given user.Field Rules are setup so that only applicable controls are enabled for a specific user.  My hope there was this would keep Nintex from writing values to the SharePoint List columns from the disabled fields.  Anyone have any magic in this regard or have another way of restricting what fields are saved when a certain user saves a form?Another idea I had was creating a workflow to write to fields accordingly however not sure these would fire in time given the scenario i.e. User 3 will have hit save and User 1 & User 2 fields are now blanked out. Welcome any thoughts and appreciate it.

Hi All,I am using Nintex forms and am completely new to Nintex.I want to set default value for people picker with particular person. There is an option to set current user in nintex, but I want to set a person name(not the current user) as a default value. Any ideas? Any help will be appreciated!Thank You!

On the new responsive design, we started getting the error Unable to Save - Object reference not set to an instance of an object since last friday ( 09 December 2022).We tried creating a new task list for the new workflow and the error is resolved.However. we have many workflows already running which are using the “Workflow Tasks” list and it seems that the existing tasks too started failing upon submission with same error.What is the root cause of the error and what can be done to fix the existing inprogress workflows? 

I am experiencing an issue with a Classic Layout Nintex form on the SharePoint Online platform where forms close out without saving any data if a user clicks the enter key inside of text field. Is there a setting that I am unaware of that could prevent this? It’s the first time I’ve encountered this issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I'm using the New Responsive Designer to create a form with multiple signatures. I'd like to give the signature attachment files relevant names in order to know which attached file name is which. For example, one task form has signatures for the inmate, the disciplinary committee chair, two discipline committee members, and a reviewer. If the file name is "sig__3e802cf9eccc76c05c2042b3c432659e_1631712957711.png" I have no way to know which of the five signees it belongs to. Can I trust that they are saved sequentially and just rename them in the workflow by grabbing each item in the colllection? Or is there a different way to go about it? I could probably use docusign for the above task, but another task requires the Correctional Officer to take a tablet to the inmate to sign their acknowledgment in person. Since it's Corrections, they're justifiably fussy about having the right signatures in the right places I see that it's been asked if signatures can be saved to list columns and the

I have created one site workflow, which is supposed to create item on particular condition. This workflow worked well in development environment. after deploying on production, on the first day it worked well. but next day it is giving error"The workflow could not create the list item. I have a form that will require users to input numbers on their forms but the beginning of each number will always be the same. Is there a way to set a default for where users just add the numbers and not the other characters? each of these Text-Short fields would start with a code -  CM, RD and CC respectively. The users would just responsible for inputting the numbers after that. 

I created a Nintex Form that has a repeating section on a SharePoint list with existing records. I noticed that the repeating section always goes missing after I fill in the fields of the repeating section and hit submit. And this problem only occurs to the existing records.   For new entries, the repeating section is visible as it should be even after filling them out.

When a new items is submitted on Forms, I need to create a consecutive number as part of the new request code. I'm trying to use the ID number but that number ID is generated after form is submitted. How can I grab that ID number and included as part as a string that I'm using as part of my code? Hi, I have a form that requires a field change to complete a workflow, and in the notification email that goes out used to be a link to the form in edit mode using the format: [Site URL]/Lists/[List Name]/editform.aspx?id=[ID] This looks like it works OK, but when you click on the link it opens a blank form. I've also tried typing out the URL with the only variable being the ID number, but this results in a Page Cannot Be Found error.  Am I missing something in the URL? We are using Nintex Workflow 365 & Forms 365. Also, just a note, this is not to open a task form, just a regular form. Any help would be greatly appreciated
