Do we still have SQL Request action in nintex online?, some are saying its in enterprise edition if so, how to check the edition(enterprise or standard) of our current nintex forms ? Its just showing me licence type as "Subscription". 

This may be a O365 issue, but as of today when working on Nintex Workflow O365 I can not terminate a workflow manually. I click the option and it just runs. Try to kill it in the Workflow Health and it doesn't effect it. Even tried to use another workflow to kill this one, and it doesn't budge. It's been like this all day and on all my site collections. Works great all week.Is anyone getting this or seen it before?Is it a O365 issue or a Nintex issue?Nintex informed me they have no control other than building the workflow. The workflows in Nintex use the Workflow Manager in Office365 and performance issues can be triggered by other tenants in your shared farm or farm issues. They recommend putting in a ticket to get it resolved. My issue lasted the whole weekend and never got to putting in a ticket.

I have a Nintex workflow and I want to reset the value to people picker field. I know there are a lot of posts around it which suggest setting the value of people picker field to -1. I have tried that but it is not working. Though the value of people picker gets empty if we internally see it won't. Internally it set value to <d:UserNameId m:type="Edm.Int32">-1</d:UserNameId> but ideally I want to set it like <d:UserNameId m:null="true" /> which was the original state of that field. Any help would be appreciated!!

I have a form, I need that Lookup function in calculate field, read a field in the column in list in another site. This list (Named "CLIENTE") in the other site (Catálogos) have a full URL: https://labstein.sharepoint.com/Finanzas/Cat%C3%A1logos/Lists/CLIENTE/Allitemsg.aspx  I dont know write the URL in the function. Help me, thanks Federico 

I was able to create a form successfully through Nintex using the Nintex Mobile Phone Layout.however, when I publish the form I cannot see the SUBMIT BUTTON at the bottom Although I added it onto the design the below 

Anyone know how to rename a SP ribbon button on Nintex form view?  Found NWF$('#RibbonSaveButton').hide(); to hide a button.  We want to direct users to the Cancel button to close a form and would like to rename the ribbon button from Cancel to Close.  Ideas?  Thanks!

Just as my thread title asks, is there any chance that Print to PDF is part of the regular licensing structure? We have a requirement to be able to print a form out of SharePoint, but no way to do it at this point in time. We have a standard license and cannot justify the additional cost for Enterprise for this one feature

Hi,   I have 2 date picker fields (Start Date, End Date) in a responsive nintex form.   I would like to limit the user to choose a date earlier than the Start Date.   For example:   Start Date: 3/15/2019 End Date: User should not he able to choose a date earlier than 3/15:2019   Appreciate any help!   Thank you! 

Hi all, I have a list and when the user creates a new item a workflow creates a subsite from a pre-configured site template.   As you probably know, in O365 you can't save a site template if Nintex Workflow and Forms apps are activated.  But I need to have the subsite also have Nintex activated in it ... and also to associate a couple workflows with lists in the subsite.  What is the right or best approach for this requirement in Nintex for Office 365? (BTW I'm migrating/re-writing a workflow from on-prem Nintex to O365.  On premise, I was able to save the site template with lists connected to site workflows and Nintex didn't need to be turned on for each sub-web).   Thanks in advance,Dave 

Has anyone seen this error: Value Cannot be Null. Parameter name: Source.  I had  a working form and workflow that did not allow for management of content, all content was ITEMs.  I turned on manage content and then created a new field and modified the contents.  I wasn't able to do what I needed to do so I deleted the field from the list, the form and removed the management of content and get the error: Value Cannot be Null. Parameter name: Source and also have a bunch of list items I didn't have before!  Any ideas on how to fix this would be hugely helpful! I don't want to go the nuclear and recreate the list, WF and Form, but fear I may have to  :-(

Can somebody please confirm that the Office 365 Query User Profile action can return only a single property at a time? Does it mean that if I want to get a user's job title, manager and phone number I need to add it 3 times to my workflow?

Needing assistance with a form, the form is for a SharePoint calendar and on the form is a choice drop-down menu for selecting vacation 1-12. I only want to use the date field only without time, is there a way when someone selects vacation 1 from the drop-down menu to have the time equal 1 am to 2 am on the SharePoint calendar and vacation 2 equal 2 am to 3 am? (ect)  and once vacation 1 is selected for the day that choice is no longer visible. Thank you 

I have a Nintex form that I want to save as a PDF but to automatically do it upon completion of form and instead of it downloading to computer but being populated into a document library?  Basically automating the Print to PDF function of the form and re-directing the location of the saved document.

Hey all! Need a little help here with an O365 workflow build. We are using "Start a Task Process" in the hopes of setting up an approval that needs ALL THREE of the approves to OK the item before moving on to the next stage. Problem is the workflow is APPROVING regardless if someone rejected. I've played around with state machine a bit, but am still getting an approval regardless if one person rejects. I thought about setting up a query, but am not sure if there's an easier way to do it (and not 100% sure of how to set up the query). I'm learning Nintex for O365 as I go, so any help would be incredible!!! Thank you!!!

Hi, I have a Start a task process in a o365 workflow. The outcomes required are shown below. However I can't get upper case characters to remain in place. It continually resets to only the first character with upper case - e.g. 'Om - continue with application'. Why? OM - Continue With ApplicationOM - Incomplete ApplicationOM - Withdraw Application

Hello, I am looking for a workflow for   digital work permit approval system. Has anyone achieved audit able email signature via workflow in pdf forms? Does Nintex workflow flow have any possibilities? How do we accommodate external users approval? Any pointers welcome.

We have created a Nintex form for a SharePoint list (we used Office 365 environment). In this form we have created "Form Variables" performing some caluculations which is absolutly fine. Now we want to move this form from Development Environment to Production. We have used Sharegate for the same to move the list along with Forms and Workflows.  Here comes the issue, the Nintex form has been migrated along with the list but the Form variables inside the nintex form was not yet migrated. Can some one help me Is this issue is realted to Sharegate or Nintex ? Except the Form Variables every other calculated values also been migrated properly.  Can we stop using Form Variables and continue to build eveything with Caluculated columns ? Thanks,Giridhar

I have been trying to create a new File in a library using "Create item" . I am specifying the content type while configuring the action. However, everytime it creates a new blank word file.Please suggest if it is possible to achieve the same in SharePoint online using Nintex Workflow.

Hello,  We are currently investigating to which extent Nintex doc gen is capable of replicating functionality that is provided by Muhimbi.... we have a very specific requirement which is: When a new item is created in a SharePoint Online list (including attachment), we want to add the list item data into the attachment.    With Muhimbi we were able to do this in 2 steps: 1. Create a separate PDF with the list item data 2. Merge this PDF with the list item attachment   Is there a similar functionality available with Nintex?  A nintex solution would be preferrable for us if it is able to do the same...    Thanks in advance! :)

I have a Nintex Responsive form with 60 + questions each with its own comment field. This form goes through three levels of approvers and each approver has the option to add comments to any one of the questions. When a form is submitted, a workflow will run that will append the Date, Name of Approver, and their comment (if any) to a comment history textbox for that question: ‍Ex: {Variable:Current Date}‍ ‍{Current Item:Modified By}‍: ‍{Current Item:Question01Comments}‍ ‍Each comment submitted by the approver will be appended to the previous comment. This will help the current approver see any comments the previous approver submitted. Since there are so many comment boxes, and they the action to append columns is the same for each textbox, is there a more elegant way to perform this functionality without having to create multiple actions that perform the same steps for each textbox? Is it possible to use a loop to update any comment boxes that have a comment? If so, what is the best way

Hi, I am using O365 document generation. I would like to know if there is a way of hiding/showing a table conditionally based on workflow variable in nintex document tagger? the table renders fine with the table_start and table_columns tag, but I want to only show if there is data inside it.I found this link but it's only for a text. I really want to avoid having to create duplicate document templates as this document need some hide/show around multiple contents. Thanks,Andreas
