Hi, since mid January, links to launch a new Nintex form via links in SharePoint hero or quick links webparts have broken.  The issue consistently occurs in IE11.   Nintex URLs are being altered by SharePoint webparts.  & becomes &amp%3b, so the semi-colon is being encoded - link breaks.   It is an easy fix.  We just un-encode the URL.  We replace & with &, or for lists with a single content type we reformat the link as: http://DOMAIN/sites/SITE/lists/LIST/newform.aspx   We have raised a premiere support ticket with Microsoft to fix this issue, so hopefully that will happen soon.   The purpose of this post is to ask the community if anyone else is seeing the error in IE11 out of interest, and if anyone knows a way to scan the tenant to find these broken links in SharePoint hero/quick linst webparts... We are just going through manually fixing the ones we know of.  

I created a workflow that sends an email where the recipient's email is pulled from a SharePoint list, it is a text column.  To test this I blind copied myself on the email.  I notice that a good number of the emails I recieve do not have an address listed as an email recipient, while others do have someone listed in the To.  I have verified that the email addresses are accurate.  Can I assume these emails are reaching the recipients, even if I don't see their name in the email?  Is there a place I can look to see if emails were sent or rejected, without having access to the recipient's mail?Thanks

Hi All, I want to create a nintex form on SPO, but the 'Nintex Forms' button is missing.  I can see it on other sites on the same tenant. How do I get the Nintex buttons to appear in the ribbon? Thanks

Within Nintex for O365, and/or SharePoint - is there a way to find where all forms are located ?The reason is, to find + delete a dummy/test form - that's showing in Nintex Mobile.This is simply "testlist" - but I can't find where this is, within SharePoint.How does the Nintex Mobile app get a list of all forms ?    Is there a master list - or data/REST url that I can use - to view the list of forms ?? https://aus-srv-ufo.nintexo365.net/api/v2/mobile/Forms  ??

Not sure if this is possible or not.... But I want to create a form that had a bunch of products (checkboxes) that they have to select. Only if the product is checkmarked will they be able to fill out questions pertaining to that product(s).  O365 New Responsive Form Designer So my question is if this is even possible?!?! or If I have mapping for those pages in a sharepoint list  can I connect that to my form and use a lookup function that will show those pages based on the input??? I'm open to any suggestions or thoughts.

Is there a way to restrict access per user to Nintex Forms and Nintex Workflow for Office 365, essentially hide it from ribbon above the list in SharePoint Online?   I ask this because I have a newly created application built in Nintex Forms for Office 365 and Nintex Workflow for Office 365.  Regular users have Read and Add permission on the list, but they do not see the buttons to open Nintex Forms or Nintex Workflow in design mode.  This is fine.  But our Admin users (members of HR Dept) have Full Control permissions so they can view all the forms that have been submitted.  Because they have Full Control, it displays in the ribbon the buttons for Nintex Forms and Nintex Workflow designers.   So far, they have not done anything bad with the access to the designers.  But they have been reported very slow page load times when they access the list page.  When I take away Full Control, they say the page loads much faster.  This leads me to believe that the big delay is caused by attemptin

In the New Responsive designer in o365 is it possible to connect a variable to a column? If not how can I write the output of a userProfileLookup, based on a people control on the form, to a column e.g. The form has a control called: [People Field 1] User profile lookup gets the Department property of that people field: userProfileLookup([Form].[People Field 1],"Department") I want to write that value to a column and I can't appear to do that with a variable or a label. 

on Nintex Forms for Office 365, new responsive designer. After my users submit a new form, whenever another user opens the form to view the details, the controls change.  For instance, the form automatically calculates the Department by setting the Default value to userProfileLookup([Context].[Current user login name],"Department"), and the user selects and employee in a List Lookup control whose available selection options are determined by the user's Department.  When another user opens the form, it re-calculates the Department and clears away the selected employee. Yes, I have already added rules that mark the control as Read-only when in Edit mode and Display Mode rather than New mode.  That did not prevent it from changing the values. (oops, I forgot the word "not" in that previous sentence ... I added it now)

I have a very simple workflow: when a record is created and meets a few conditions, an email fires off to an inbox.   90% of the time, the email fires within 5mins.  The other 10% of the time, it takes any where from 10mins to an hour for the email to send. The info being input into the records is time sensitive, so customer is not a fan of the lag time.   Anyone else having this issue?  Any way to correct?    

I built a new form in Nintex Forms for Office 365 and put it into production and now a request was made by the users to be able to search and view their old forms previously completed in InfoPath 2010 on SharePoint on-prem. What is the best option for this?  Has anyone encountered this situation before? There are over 6000 items from the previous version and I don't want to overload the new SharePoint Online list / library with old items. I do have access to the important data stored in column, rather than have to parse through the InfoPath XML, so that is a plus, but I still don't know if I should move it into SharePoint Online.  I am wondering if the best plan is to store that historic data in a data warehouse and keep it off SharePoint Online.

Dear all, My issue refers to a form I've created which contains multiple Look Up fields which get their values from lists within SharePoint. Even some cascading look ups are working so far. Now the questions: 1) After submitting the form, a new item is created in the respective SharePoint list. Yet, it won't show the chosen values from the Look Up fields. So, even if being able to chose the proper values, the submitted form wouldn't show them. 2) The form contains a field for attachments (e.g. delivery documents). I've created a SharePoint column for attachements which can't be conneted to the Nintex field. So, when attaching files, it won't show up in the new created item. 3) When an item has been created via a submitted form, it's not possible to edit them anymore. There'll be just a white rectangle a close button from Nintex. Can't imagine why. Thanks for your help. Best,Timo 

Hello, I just ran a workflow on 1500 list items.  I have noticed that some of the workflows have become "suspended".  Is there somewhere that I can see all of the Suspended workflows in a list?  Is there a way to filter the WorkFlow History for this information?  I am dreading the notion have needing to look at each and every workflow.Thank you,Matt

I have a Nintex Form for the properties of a document content type. Documents are created by a workflow with some properties populated in that process.The document template contains Quick Parts that are connected to some document properties.Fairly consistently...an item can be managed using the properties form, UNTIL the document is first edited in Word (there are some free text areas in the document that are intended to be edited that way).I say fairly consistently as it sometimes seems to take a couple of goes to 'break' the Nintex Form, but generally, after editing with Word, when next trying to open the properties form we get the error:The encoding in the declaration 'utf-8' does not match the encoding of the document 'utf-16LE'Can anyone suggest what is happening here? I've had a look at playing with Word settings below but I don't think they're really relevant:

Hi, One of my forms suddenly stopped working , userProfileLookup can't access userProfile data and all fields are blank!I  added new Person and text columns. Hi,   I am using Nintex New Responsive Designer and today I noticed some changes and when I am trying to find the latest release notes or update details, I am unable to find it.   Changes I have noticed so far, in Rules we can now use colors (Border color, Control fill & Control input color). We have a document library of organization policies which are reviewed annually/semi-annually/bi-annualy, etc. A site workflow checks for ones where NextReviewDate=Today and kicks it to "Expired" which initiates a series of approval workflows. In the approval workflows, we email stakeholders and let them know they need to review and approve the policy, then change their Approval Status (this field change triggers the next step of the workflow). I'd like to, in the email, link them to both the Display Form (which I've accomplished) as well as the document in Word Online. I can't figure out how to build the link to the Word Online document. Anyone else have experience with this or a solution? I would also be happy with putting a button on the form to "go to document" or whatever.

HI,   I have requirement to develop custom action for Office 365 nintex workflow, similar to SharePoint on-premise nintex workflow custom action. Is there a possibility of achieving this? If there is please provide us the detailed instructions to achieve this functionality.   Thanks in advance.

Seems like this should be a VERY SIMPLE thing to do, but I'm at my wit's end! I have a responsive form with just one field - the Title field. The SharePoint list column is restricted to 255 characters, but the Nintex form will allow the user to input more than 255 characters and submit it - it just truncates the entry when it writes to the list with no notice to the user. I've tried using a Rule on the field, such as When length({Self})>255, Then Invalidate with appropriate Validtion message, but this doesn't appear to do anything; it accepts an entry longer than 255 characters, but truncates it in the SharePoint list.  I also tried Validation in the Control Settings, using a Regular Expression:^[a-zA-Zd]{1,255}$But this gives the error message no matter how long or short the entry is. Appreciate any help!

We are using Nintex/Adobe Sign + DocGen + O365 Forms/Workflows.We want a "defects form" to allow a user to create and assign one or more defects, with each item sending a notification to a different user, so that they can review the issue, and provide a signature to acknowledge the defect. The problem is we don't know how many defects in advance, and therefore how many signatures will be needed. We also know that Nintex wont support Adobe sign tag fields in repeating sectionsWe are thinking to create a table with a large enough number of fixed rows, and signature tags, to capture the information, but the problem is, if we have 10 fixed signature controls, and only get 5 (assuming there are only 5 defects), then Adobe sign process will never complete, because it wants all 10 signatures. On the flip-side, without the repeating section, we can't think of another way to handle this for a dynamic number of signatures before generating the PDF with DocGen.Here is the example of the table: Th

I am working on a solution for a client. In this solution, the users need to enter information into a Nintex form. After they enter data into a few fields, I need to use workflow to grab that data, query a SharePoint library and return other data back to the Nintex form (dynamically fill in form field values). Once this occurs, the user will then submit a form. I know how to query the list to grab the data but I am struggling with a way to pull data back to that same form before it is submitted. Anyone have any ideas?
