Within [Assign Flexi Task] I have a added an item to the Subject field of the "Initial Email Options". The item is a lookup field showing the requester's unit. In the SharePoint list it only shows the unit, which is what I expect. However, when the initial email is sent, it not only shows the unit, it also shows what I assume is an internal ID number within brackets. For example, a requester has chosen "Quartermaster" as their unit. When the email is sent the following shows"Quartermaster [G3mB-5Mn9kaCOmR7iD_Shg]"How can I just get the title? Or how can I get a substring that includes everything prior to "["?

Hi Guys, My forms are pretty  big, I would like to provide an option to save the file if the user is not compleated or wanted to come back to and double check before submitting. is there any feature in nintex which allows us to do that ? RegardsKannan

everything is configured well as per business requirements, if the user initiate the flow the process might failed or not, If used the admin users to end the workflow and restart it's going very good without any error.how to figure out that issue.thanks 

I have attachments in Nintex form and save button which saves data. When save and submit is clicked, it triggers a workflow.  Following rule makes the save button hidden for all. But it should be available for admin users. not(or(equals(Status,"Draft"),equals(Status,"Rejected"))) How do I achieve this?

I have tried to set a number format for a single line textbox in a repeating section but it isn't working. It is working for fields that are not in the repeating section. The display is just showing the number as text. Any assistance would be appreciated.  Display value  

Hello,please is there any posibility, how to store document content from SharePoint online Document library as Base64? I remember that in on-premise version of Nintex Workflow is there that "magic" with [FileData], but it looks, this is not working in Nintex Workflow for O365. Thank you

Hi, Our business asks if we could build in a notification when a workflow of the same type is allready running (in Nintex Worlflow O365). As far as I know this isn't possible. I know they can see it when they start a new workflow, but they still want an extra notification.

Hi All,I would just like to verify what sort of emails can we assign task to when using the assign task actions in a workflows - a user email?- a group email (shared inbox email address)?- sharepoint group?Currently i'm trying to assign the task to a a group email (shared inbox email address) which i think is an AD one but it doesn't send the email.If i use sharepoint group will it send the email individually to all the members in that group? Also will when you are sending email or assigning task does this accounts needs to be resolved so for example f i put joe black it will resolve but if i put just joeblack@hotmail.com  it will accept it with no error but does not resolve it to a user or group and then the workflow will just suspend. Will appreciate if anyone here can give me a full insight on thisRegards 

I'd like to create a workflow to move files with all the associated metadata and versions history, from one documents library subfolder to another documents library subfolder within the same SharePoint online site. I tried with the Copy document action but it copies the file at the root level, I tried also with the Office 365 upload file but it doesn't copy the associated metadata.Any help appreciated. Thank you.

I am trying to add a document within a library to a list Item using the AddAttachment web method inside the "Web Request" action. But the document is corrupted after added as attachment.The workflow failes, if I use "[FileData]" as token. If I use "FileData" or "base64Binary", the workflow works ok, but the document is corrupted again. Is there another token or way to do that in Office 365? Any help is appreciated.

As of now, all PDF files available in Network folder/shared file path on windows . This is not cloud /azure network path (windows network file share folder).Is it possible to achieve this requirement by Nintex flow for O365? I would like to check the feasibility on this

I have a workflow that was terminated out of nowhere and I can't figure out what was the cause. We're up to over 300 requests without ever seeing this issue.Request #256 status shows "This workflow was terminated by the SharePoint App". I've attached a screenshot of the workflow history to try and grasp exactly what went wrong. Any ideas ? 

Hey folks, I need to have a Date entry field on forms that is restricted to Month and Year only - is this possible? My forms are built in New Responsive Designer / O365 / SharePoint Online (out of interest, if it cannot be done in NRD can it be done in the other variants?)   Many thanks, Keith

I have created Lazy Approval Nitex Workflow. The Delivery Method is Email with Actionable Message. But i am not able to see the button in my email. Approver need button on email so on click he/she can approve/reject the task.   I am attaching outlook version that we are using currently. Replying with email with Phrase is not fulfilling our requirement.

The information comes from a SharePoint list.I use the Query XML action to write this into a variable.Then I want to send the form information to an email. Good day fellow Nintexers.  I'm working out a Time-Off Request solution and running into an issue with the Exchange Create Calendar Item action.  What ever time I use in my list (through a Nintex form) gets published to my Resource Calendar as 4 hours ahead.  I don't know if its a glitch in the action or a time zone problem.  My Outlook settings are in Eastern Standard as is the HR site.  Any ideas??

I have a list and a library in SPO. In a library I have a single site content type with a custom Word template. Once the item is created in the list the workflow creates a document in a document library. All properties are properly copied over but the Word document is blank. The workflow is not using the template from the content type. Why? How do I fix it?

When doing For Each on a Collection variable with dates the single date value is being passed in the ISO format. How can I convert it back to DateTime? I tried using the Convert Value operation but it fails with the error: "System.Activities.Statements.WorkflowTerminatedException: Error Code: -2146233033, Message: String was not recognized as a valid DateTime."
