Hello team! Please help me. 🙂 I have to enter five dates. And if at least one of them matches, you have to throw a message about it. I know how to do with two dates. and what about five? What should be the formula? Thank you in advance 🙂  

Our workflow is working fine all along then it suddenly experience the error "The field or property 'Other_x0020_ResourcesId' does not exist. ". We don't even have a column named 'Other_x0020_ResourcesId' or Other Resourcesid. Does anyone here experience the same issues or know how to resolve this?

Hi, We have a form that when a staff completes and submitted triggers a workflow that sends email notification to parents with personal email accounts with link to the completed form to sign and enter date. As parents submit the form it sends back to staff who completed the form for data collection. I know that Nintex is internal but is it possible that:   - parent accounts are held in our Azure AD as #####@sac.qld.edu.au but do not have an inbox to it to log into parent portal where the form will be accessible to them - these parent accounts held in Azure have parent personal emails like gmail   Is it possible that the workflow can identify the parent account #####@sac.qld.edu.au personal gmail/ hotmail to send the notification link in order for parents to sign the completed form?  

Hello,The initiator has left the organization and workflow is getting suspended with below error message. I have written some logic to get the task list data and there it seems to be breaking. What is the best way to handle this case. Since the employees can leave the organization and again the workflow will fail. 

We have a strange behaviour since a few weeks :In Nintex Forms, when we try to enter an integer greater than 999 in a field, it adds automatically a separator (Ex : "1 512"), and the field is not accepted by NintexError message is : "Please enter a valid integer"We are not able to remove this thousand separator, and we can't validate the form.Did someone already had this problem ?Have a nice day,Regards,Jean-Noël GELIS

Hi,I'm using O365 Classic forms. In a form the user enters up to  five different(depending on the situation it varies from 1-5) values as below..I want the values entered above to be the values of the drop down control inside a repeating section as below. Any idea on how this could be done? Regards,Kavirana

Hi, I have a workflow on a document library that sends to a panel of approvers based on what folder the document is in.  I therefore need to determine the folder name for the switch.Any ideas how to do that? I'm thinking a variable set to absolute encoded URL and some kind of substring function but can't work it out.  Thank you!

I am attempting to create a form using the new responsive designer. I have a dropdown with 4 options. There are several fields that I want to show or hide based on the dropdown. I am trying to create the rules, but I think that they are conflicting and I can't figure out a way around that. It was pretty straight forward to do this in the old responsive designer, but in this list I get an error saying that I can't use it for this content type.  Basically, my rules state if that dropdown equals choice 1, hide fields 3 and 4 else show them. Then I have a second rule that states if dropdown equals choice 2, hide fields 1 and 2, else show them. So on for each option in the dropdown.  Can someone point me to how I can work these rules?

In a new responsive form with pages,Is there a way to "print to pdf" only the current page ? when I generate the pdf it come with all control of all page. Thanks community ! 

I apologize if this question has been posed before. I was unable to find any related posts through a search. Is it possible to change the order of the initiation variables on a start form generated by a Nintex O365 workflow? Newly added variables always go to the bottom of the form and  that's not always the best flow for the users.

When I create a workflow variable of choice datatype in Office 365 how do I set the choice options?   I want to set possible values of: Not Applicable Started Complete   But I cant see in the workflow designer how to set these options for the workflow variable.

Hello, I am getting an access denied error like below when my workflow is kicking off automatically (when the item is modified) the workflow does not run into this error when the workflow is started manually and runs into an error stating access denied (error below) I am a SharePoint Global admin and site collection administrator for the site in question where the list resides. I also placed my account in the site owner and members group and still run into the issue. Checking my permissions against the list I have contribute access and can add/edit items.  Again the workflow runs correctly and without issues if started manually it only runs into this issue when it is started when modified - need to have the workflow kick off automatically. Thanks,Zach Error:Activity in progressRetrying last request. Hello and thanks in advance for any help! I have a New Responsive form with a number of repeating sections.  I have simple show/hide requirements on some of the controls within the repeating section, but when I go to the Rules tab to create a formula, none of the controls contained within repeating section appear. Did some research and saw some warnings about nested groups, etc..., but this wasn't the case.  For due diligence, I also tried combinations of repeating alone, group within repeating, repeating within group and none of it work. Do not see a functional limitation for any control rules within repeating sections put out by Nintex, so I'm really hoping someone here has some good news on what I'm doing wrong.

Office 365 Environment, SharePoint Online, Responsive Form (not able to change to New Responsive Form at this time).I've got a form that has a SharePoint Lookup field. This field looks up the Locations (aprox. 80-100 different locations). Once a month this list is updated and some close. The lookup field is set to look up the view Active Branches, on the Branch List, so only the ones listed as NOT closed will show.The problem is that Microsoft has that auto fill/populate forms and when someone chooses a location, it is remember for the next time. So when the location closes and is no longer an option in the drop down menu, it is still there from the last time the form was filled out and the user can choose that option. How do I (without going to all 5,500 employees individually) make it so that the field looks at the list to confirm that it is on the specified Lookup view?

I am trying to create a wf to build a folder structure when a new document set is created. Other posts solve this by using the Create Item action. I do not see the Create Item action in the list, only Create List Item. Where do I find that action?

Hi, I have a workflow that is supposed to terminate a different workflow when an item is modified. The workflow triggers successfully and says that it completes, but the workflow is never stopped. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here.

Hello,I am building a pair of lists, workflows and forms for onboarding and offboarding. I have a column in the offboarding list that is a lookup of the employee's name from the onboarding list, and when selected in the offboarding form, brings along additional fields like job title, manager's name, etc. I am trying to use the Query List action to grab those lookup values that are brought along with the employee's name, but they are not available as columns to select in the Query List action. Is there a different way to do this, or a workaround? Thanks in advance.

i have two list A and B. i am using list A column- single line text(unique value) has lookup column for List B. Using Nintex for Office 365 I cannot get the Approver name from a completed task (using lazy approvals) as the task list shows modified by as ''app@sharepoint''.  For auditing purposes I need to know exactly who approved via lazy approval.  I have read that it is possible to extract the approver name from the approver comments metadata but am not familiar with regular expressions and all of my attempts so far have been unsuccessful.Approver Comments as below and I want to extract the part shown in bold only i.e. approvers display name and presence (in brackets after the name):John Smith (Audio Systems Ltd) (Approved) 28/10/2020 1:57:47 PM - 28/10/2020 2:13:05 PM - [This is my comment]

In Nintex Online for Office 365,  your cannot customize ribbon in the form. The same was available in Nintex On-Prem. If you add a new button in the form, there are no option to show that button on ribbon. There are only three buttons which is in the ribbon.  Save Cancel Print to PDF So, if you want to rename save to submit or want to add new button in the ribbon, it is not possible and there is no workaround. The only is to hide whole ribbon using css/javascript and add our custom button. below is the code to completely hide the ribbon. NWF$(document).ready(function(){ NWF$('.nf-ribbon-fixed-top').hide(); NWF$("#s4-ribbonrow").hide(); NWF$('#formFillerContainer').css('top', '25px'); })The last line NWF$('#formFillerContainer').css('top', '25px'); will shift the whole page little bit up so that there should no white space in place of ribbon.

Hello All, I have a requirement to read a database and insert records to SharePoint list using nintex workflow. But there will be around 1000 items to be inserted. So I think it is not really good option to use for loop. Can you please share any thoughts on this how to handle the best way . Or if there is any bulk insert kind of to insert to SharePoint list. Hi, I want to insert my template that I saved in the documents folder in SharePoint O365 as "xyz.docx" but somehow it is not able to find it. (see attached screenshot)When I click on "create new template" and then save it, I can also not select that document either.  Do I have to change any settings or requirements for the doc so that it appears for the docum?Thanks in advance!Best regards

Does anyone know if rich text is supported in Document Generation for PowerPoint?I realise that it has been possible in Word for quite some time...however I have recently been trying to pass bullets / numbered lists to a PowerPoint template and my workflow always suspends with a non-descript internal error.The same content happily slots into a Word template.I cannot find anything definitive on this...I see reference to support for 'Office Documents', sometimes Word but it is not clear what the situation is with PowerPoint.
