Hi All, Really hope someone could help me here.  I have quite an extensive requisition system built using Nintex Forms for Office 365 and Nintex Workflow for office 365. The system is developed in a way that users would be able to request items from our warehouse to be delivered to a certain site. These items are all catalogued in a SharePoint list with columns for Categories and Items, which are assigned to those categories.  Within the form, there is a repeating section which acts as the separate line for each item requested. Inside each row/replication of the repeating section, there are two List Lookup lists that look at the Category and the Item columns in the catalogue list on SharePoint.  Once the form is submitted, the workflow handles the request and sends it off to the users line manager for approval, which is a task. Adding this to hopefully help anyone else that is experiencing this issue that took me weeks to discover. Hopefully Nintex can correct this issue by implementing an 'invalid formula warning' when trying save a variable formula using a Nintex Function that's structured incorrectly. TLDR:I created a formula using a Nintex funciton for a variable and Nintex allowed me to save as a valid formula with no warning. However, the formula used in the variable was invalid and prevented my form from Saving or Submitting. It did not matter if the Nintex function used my variables or a value from a Form Control. I've never understood why Nintex Forms use the reverse of the logical JavaScript pattern to match strings for input validation, but I've usually been able to figure out how to match what I want.  This time, I'm stuck. I've got a New Responsive Designer form in O365.  I want to invalidate any input of a non-word character in a text field.  With this pattern...  It matches if I only input symbols.  As soon as I add a letter or number, the match fails.  Anyone know the pattern to make this work?

Does anyone know how to restrict a date field so that the user can only select a date that is less than 365 days? So the date selected cannot be 2+ years from the current date. I can't quite get the formula correct for the validation rule. Thanks!

Hi,I have a Nintex form with a repeating section and some calculated fields in the form that sum up totals from the repeating section. The fields type is number/decimal.The form updates well, and all the values from the lines are updated in the calculated fields (so there seems to be no problem with the rules on the form).The calculated fields are linked to the sharepoint list columns in the form.When the user submits the form, the calculated fields need to be updated in the sharepoint list, and most of the time the update goes well. However, sometimes, the fields are either not updated at all, or updated only with partial sums (for example, if I have 3 lines in the form, and the form displays the sum of all 3, the sharepoint list will be updated with a sum of only 1 line). I am not able to track in which cases it happens and why. I found no consistency in this issue. It happened with several users, several fields, different number of lines, etc.My only guess is that it's something to

hello ,I want to try the Nintex workflow for office 365 but unfortunately I can not add the app because I got"Sorry, this app is not supported on your server" I tried to uncheck the option "Block SharePoint 2013 workflows" but no luck the value stuck with check . if any one experienced this issue ? thank you    

When the user is filling out the form from an iPad, can they take a photo at the time and incorporate it into the form as an image and not as an attachment? Reason: If we print the form in PDF, if the photo is as an attachment, it does not appear inside the form, on the other hand, if the photo was in image format if I could print it, what solution would it have?

Hi Experts, I have a workflow that captures the details from List A and create a record in List B. List A contains Multiline field (Rich Text), I stored this field values in Workflow text variable and used that variable in Create item action on List B multiline field (Rich text). After the record is created in List B, the multiline column name appears blank.  Can you please provide me if any solution for this issue? Thank you in advance.

Hello Experts,   I need some advice/solution on the below issue.   I have List A with repeating sections, List A form was developed using Nintex new response designer. After the approval process is complete, I need to copy the details from List A to List B including repeating sections using Nintex workflow for o365. I have no issues mapping the details on List B for fields (text, list box. Etc) but having issues with repeating section field.    I have maintained a same field names and types on both List A and List B. XML structure is copied to List B but when try to view the record on List B, the fields in the repeating section is blank.    The logic used in the Nintex workflow - store a value from the repeating section column in List A in text variable and used that variable in Create list item action to write the value in List B repeating section column    I am struck here, cant proceed further. I have list nintex workflow and due to permissions issue workflow status is suspended. Now it resolved and I want to restart the workflow. I have arround 500 item in list with suspended status. How can we start workflow for those 500 existing item? Please help.

Hi, To let you know that I am using Nintex for Office 365. Currently I am having a problem with my form. Here several queries that I would ask and need help to assist me a way to solve this issue. The issue as below: Images included in rich text field using URL are not displaying when printing to pdf. (The image is located in the same SharePoint Document Library site as the form) Certain form are encountering overlapping issues, where multiple line text fields are overlapping with a Repeating Section Does Nintex able to convert/adjust the font size to 50pt every time I paste the copy text into the Nintex field text? Does Nintex allow to configure check box properties whereby I want to set the check box become white color instead of grey color after the user checked on it? Thanks Hasrul

I have a workflow that has an assign a task action. It is assigned to a SharePoint group. Everything was working properly until I added a user to that SharePoint group. Now the new user isn't receiving the task emails. I'm at a loss as to what the issue is.

Hello All, I am working on a form that uses a lookup field called "Country of Interest" connected to the sharepoint site. This field pulls in all of the countries connected to a different sharepoint list that are associated with their respective Directors. I am trying to use the lookup function to populate the name of the director once the country has been selected. Is my formula off? Hi, Have a query about repeating section in New Responsive Designer for Office 365. Is it possible to read a value in a particular row outside the repeating section. For eg: I need to populate the value of a field in specifically second row of the repeating section in the form to a label which is outside the repeating section in the same form. Please let me know.

Within a "Call HTTP Web Service Action", I try to create a team site which is not connected to a group.The official documentation (Erstellen von modernen SharePoint-Websites mithilfe von REST | Microsoft Docs) that misses a lot, is not a good helper here.What I did:Adding the request headers to a dictonary: Assign the api url to a variable: Assign the full url to a variable:(I also tried with the root url instead of current site url) Assigning the request to a dictionary:  My list item field "Serverrelative URL" contains for example "/sales"And then the action to call the api: The response status code is 0 and the message which will be added to the Workflow-History is InternalServerError. The Response Content is empty. What am I missing?  

I am using Nintex workflow and form with office 365. In my flow, i am sending nintex sign request to user. Once user signed, adobe is sending document via email which contain the audit log. But the document which saved in sharepoint doesn't contain this. Is there any way to have document with audit log in sharepoint as well. PS: Sharepoint means office 365

I want my Nintex form (new responsive designer) to be disabled / read-only, except for when user is a member of a specified SharePoint group, using function "isMemberOfGroup()".  I put my allowed editors users into that SharePoint group.  All other users who can access that form can view it but not edit it. I found a method that works, but perhaps there is something better. Here is what worked for me, I added a dummy, read-only field to the form and created a rule to set it as Required when the user is not a member of a certain SharePoint group.  This causes the user to be unable to save the form using the Submit button.  I also placed a label explaining that the user should use the Close button to prevent changes to the form. In this method, the read-only user can still hit the Submit button, but it will not do anything.  It will point the user to the required field, but that field is disabled, so the user will have no other option but to select Cancel. Is there any method that will s
