In previous versions, we could see link to start the workflow manually but I could not find the same in office 365. I need to schedule a workflow daily which I need to start manually. Any help would be appreciated.
I'm using panels and javascript to hide/show certain panels to create the "page effect" as described in articles here. But when using the Print to PDF or browser Print options I only get the current visible panel? Can I add a button and some javascript to reference the entire form or use some other technique?
I've just added Nintex Workflow to a site and I'm adding a new workflow to a library in the site, however when I come to publish to workflow I get an error "Error opening a workflow. Value cannot be null. Parameter name: input". Upon further investigation there is no Workflow Tasks list. Is this a list I have to create manually?
Hello Nintex world I am trying to recreate an on premise workflow in Office 365 and I am stuck. It is a very simple workflow that runs on a registration list and sends an email notification to the person who registered, which is in a people field. It is the Query User Profile action that I am having issues with. I have tried several different ways of inputting my username and password in the fields (I have Site Collection Admin access) but every time the workflow suspends and it complains about that. Here are the three different errors I got depending on the format I put the username in as along with a screenshot of the action. Any input would be much appreciated. I am a major n00b when it comes to O365 Workflows.
What would be the best replacement for "Action set" from SharePoint on-premise when migrating (using ShareGate) to SharePoint online? Is "Run if" a good idea?
Hello, I created a Trial Tenant in Office 365, created WebSite and try to add the App from the SharePoint Store, but grayed out. What could be the issue here? Thanks! Kind regards,Milan
Hi, I would like to ask your help regarding a Nintex workflow issue. We use Nintex for tracking actions @ Sharepoint. To be able to follow up and send reminder e-mails before and after the deadline we would like to add the assignee's Manager to the recipients as well. I know it's possible to send an e-mail notification to the initiator's Manager by choosing this option from Workflow context, but is it possible to send a mail to the assignee's Manager instead? Thank you in advance!
Hi I'm currently working on an Document Approval workflow where I would like to use the Lazy Approval function of Nintex Workflows for Office 365 but sadly it's not delivering the expected result. Nintex is recognising the approval but the approval status is never changing to Approved and stays on pending. Here is my story in pictures  Lazy Approval is activated Lazy Approval option in the workflow email replied with "Approved" Workflow gets completed Nintex recognized my "Approved" mail SharePoint Approval status is still pending Thanks in advance for all suggestions!Jan
So the idea here it that I will have multiple lists in several sites/sub-sites and since these lists are all the same I would like to only edit a Nintex Forms once and apply to all lists. It's the equivalent of using Content Type Hub for Content Types, and Nintex Workflow UDA, but I cannot see such equivalent in Nintex Forms for Office365. Any idea? please share.
Is it possible via an Office 365 Nintex Workflow to create an Active Directory Account on an on-premise Domain
I have need to start a SharePoint 2010 workflow from within a workflow on the same list. Example: Nintex Workflow X starts, and at some point starts a SharePoint 2010 Workflow Y. This is easy to do from within a SharePoint Designer 2013 workflow (there is an action called "Start a List Workflow") (see screenshots below). It has 3 things that you need to configure. 1. Pick the workflow. 2. set the initiation params of that workflow if any and 3. choose an item to run it on. Note: I need to pass variables to the 2010 workflow (hence the need to define the parameters). I need to do this from within a Nintex wofklow however. I cannot figure out how. I will mention a few things below the screenshots about what I've already tried. Ok. I've tried the: "Start Workflow" action. But that has nowhere to put the initiation parameters.I've also researched the "Call Web Service" action, but as far as I can tell, this is not available for Nintex Office 365. There is a Call Http web service, but the fi
Office 365 Workflows: is there a function or process for manual delegation of a task once the workflow has been started? For example, if a Manager is on leave, with outstanding task(s), can an administrator manually, or via webpage, re-assign the task to someone else? Thanks.

Good Afternoon, I am not sure if i have done this correctly or if I should have done something different.  I have basically been tasked with what seems to be impossible, but I like a challenge.  I have a form which is currently in hard copy only, we are trying to go electronically with it but I am already seeing obstacles.  I use SharePoint 365 which has the Nintex 365 Workflow and Forms.  I uploaded the Nintex 365 form and created a carbon copy of our said form in Nintex 365 Form designer.  A bit of background to the form is that it comes in 5 sections. Section 1 - Modification Details - Employee shall enter a number of items into the form, once section 1 is completed it should then send out to department function heads (4 of)Section 2 - Formal Review & Approval - Department heads shall comment and make recommendations Section 3 - Checklist - Department heads shall check off all factors of the modification, then a notification should be sent to Employee originator stating departme
Hi, I'm still new to Nintex, and I'm learning a lot. I'm using Nintex for Office 365, and I'm having some difficulty regarding tasks created at the workflow. I want to create a task that will be assigned to three people. So on Nintex Workflow, I created a Task Process and added the three persons that will be part of it. Something like this:The problem is that Nintex creates three tasks, each for a participant. I wanted only one task, in which the three participants can update regularly. Is there any way to achieve that ? Create a single task for the three users ? Thanks, Igor.Â

While exporting the Nintex Workflow, we are receiving the error message as "Error exporting a workflow. An error occurred that could be due to the size of the workflow. Try reducing the size of your workflow and any task forms or split the workflow". I assure that the workflow is large. Can someone let us know how to check the limitation on exporting a workflow in Nintex and where to modify it.  ‌ ‌ Â
Hello all. Â Does anyone know if there's a way to configure the workflow action 'Assign a Task' to send reminder emails only on business days? Â Any direction would be greatly appreciated. Â Thanks!
I notice that there is a lot of questions in regards to flexi tasks on here.  When I am trying to start a new workflow using Nintex Workflow for Office 365, I go to new list workflow which opens the designer page.  The only option for assign task is assign task, there is no assign flexi task comes up.  Is there another version of Nintex that this is part of or am I missing something? Neil
Hello, friends! I'm having an issue. I've created a Nintex O365 form. With it, I've created a Smart Phone layout. I have set the form settings as follows:  I have published it. When I go into the Nintex Mobile app on my iPhone, I sign in using my O365 account, and I have tried adding the URL as: http://SiteURL.sharepoint.com; https://SiteURL.sharepoint.com; http://SiteURL.sharepoint.com/sites/othersitename Each time, I get 2 unexpected things: 1) A form appears that I can not find in my environment;2) (and more importantly), my Mileage form is not there.  Furthermore, you'll notice, if I click on "Menu" (to get away from that weird ghost form), I don't have "tasks" or "forms" in my menu ... despite the fact that it seems to think there is a form there. I'd appreciate any help and I'll entertain any possible answers!Thank you! Rhia
I recently changed my personal email address to a new domain in Office 365. After doing so all workflows that run under a service account (that remained static and did not change) using the run workflow action fail with the the following error Error: RequestorId: 17529639-7a0e-c0b4-0000-000000000000. Details: ServiceNoResponset To date I have removed and reinstalled and retrusted the nintex workflow service and it still does not work. Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this?
