I am not sure where to begin to on Auto Incrementing in a form. I’ve done it on-prem but NWC looks so different and can’t seem to compare the two to begin building in Nintex Workflow Cloud… Does anyone know or have steps to create an auto increment for a form ? Please help?

I am using Nintex form on SharePoint online where the list has lots of numeric fields and the fields have display as percentage. On Nintex form, there is the number input with decimal. If you enter 5 (meant for 5%), the form saves back to SharePoint as 500%. Not sure if Nintex form has a setting to know it’s a percentage field? Workaround I am using now is to create a hidden number input on the form, create a rule to divide the number by 100 and save the hidden value to SharePoint. 

I am encounter an issue with Nintex Workflow that is affecting all systems. Currently all workflow would start but nothing is happening and status is stuck at Activity in progress. I am also unable to suspend or end the workflow. May I know if there is an issue on Nintex’s side? Could you please help me to provide solution on this as this is affecting all of Nintex based system. Best regards,Hasrul

I have users that get this error when trying to open a Responsive Form for Office 365d.“An error occurred. Contact your site administrator to update the app.”I got that on my iPad and then I updated the form to “Publish to Nintex Mobile (iOS and Android)” now I can open the forms. Is there something I am missing with these other users who still can’t open the form?

For Nintex responsive form, disabled multi line control , scroll not working  on edit mode for SharePoint online. Had this problem ever arisen?

I am unable to publish a nintex workflow i have created. It was working till 25th Jan/23, but post that I am not getting automated emails as i had set up in the workflow.The error is “Due to security enhancement html tags are not supported”

I have a new responsive form that used a lookup function to return a person field from another list when a user selects a role from a dropdown. The lookup function is part of a form variable's formula. I know the function works because when I set it to return a text or date field from the same source list, the value is returned as expected. However, when I set it to return the intended person field, no value is returned at all. This same function works fine in the classic or previous responsive form, but not in the new responsive form. Can a person field not be returned by the lookup function in the new responsive form or has the syntax for that type of field changed for these new forms? Right now I am attempting to return the person field using the same syntax as any other type of field "[name of field to return]" as the 4th parameter in the lookup function - lookup("list to query", "field to query on", "filter value", "name of field to return"). Any help would be appreciated. Thank y

Hi All,I am using Save and Continue button and also there is a workflow running when creating new record.But I am getting the Save Conflict error whenever I triied to save the new record after it loads on clicking  Save and Continue’ button. Is there any workaround to avoid  this error? Thanks for your help in advance. 

Hi,I want the recipient to sign in a specific place in the document . And to do that I tried adding \s1\ in the place where I want the recipient’s signature. But it doesn't work.How do I achieve this requirement ? And please help me find a solution or a work around for this issue. Thankyou  

Hello, I am trying to create a validation rule for two people picker fields that would invalidate the control if they match. This is pretty straightforward to accomplish on a classic form but not so much on a New Responsive form. When I attempt to apply this concept with a New responsive form, I am not able to provide a validation error message for any of my people picker fields. Any guidance or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.  Classic Form condition:New Responsive Form submit rules: 

Hi, I have a requirement where I need a document to be send for signing parallelly by multiple users using Nintex DocuSign but I am unable to add multiple users. I don't seem to be able to find a way to send the document to all users concurrently. How do I achieve this requirement ? And please help me find a solution or a work around for this issue. Thankyou   

I am migrating a SharePoint on-prem list to SharePoint online.  The SharePoint on-prem list had a custom InfoPath form which I am trying to replicate with Nintex Form for O365.  In InfoPath I have a rule that will disable a field (make it read-only) based on certain values or blanks in other fields.  The problem I am facing in the Nintex Form rule is when adding a condition to check for blank on a SharePoint list choice field.  The default value on the field is left blank in the SharePoint list field settings but I cannot leave that option blank in the rule. Here a screenshot of my InfoPath rule:And this is the rule as I recreate it in Nintex Forms.  I am using the new responsive designer.  Is there a way to get around this? I’d rather not use the old responsive designer if possible.

I was wondering if there was an easy way to create a validation rule to not allow spaces in a single line of text field. I am using a New responsive form and need to prevent users from including spaces in this particular field.

Hi , I am trying todays activities from the sharepoint calendar but somwhow it is not giving the accurate results . Calendar contains on today Event 1  : 11 am -12pm Event 2 -    1pm-2pm Event 3 3pm-4pm    using the below condition .but it is only giving one entry based on the time I run the workflow .suppose if i run the workflow in between 11am and 12 pm it is giving only event 1 details but I need all the event which are on today . 

Hi Everyone, I am working on a Nintex forms for office 365. I want to trigger a workflow on click of a button(which will trigger a javascript function) in Nintext Forms(for Office 365) and once the workflow is completed, I want to navigate to a url. I am facing challenge while triggering the workflow. The Soap service for Nintex works in 2010 Nintex but it is not working in Nintex for Office 365 environment. Thanks in advance for your help. Best regards,Tushar

Greetings,We recently upgraded to Nintex Workflow for office 365. I was able to export my workflow before the migration. When I sign in to the nintex forum but am searching on either bing or google and find a topic I would like to find a solution to, the site directs me to the Nintex home landing page then I am unable to find the topic name for some reason? Why has this been made so difficult? This site used to be such a great resource. Not to long ago, I could click on the google or bing query result and it would direct me to the item on the nintex site. 

Hi people , I started a workflow where when the priority of this form is set to urgent, a notification will be sent out to a specific person. The person is now receiving more than 10 notifications on this regard now and I dont know how to limit it to only one time. Do you have any idea how to do so? Thanks

Hope this is not a dumb question from a newbie. I have a nintex form (modern designer). I would like to create a field called ID (simple enough) and have that number start with “1” and once the form is submitted simply auto increment the next number to 2, 3, 4 and so on. Not sure how to do this. Was hoping there was a simple setup like say in ms access where you create the field and simply select auto increment from a drop down.

I have a field on my nintex form called container number. How do I create a validation rule for the filed to say Container Number Field must begin with OA- So a user is forced to always enter OA-12345 All I see in the rules is “contains” which means the OA can be placed anywhere. I need it to always be OA- first.  

I need to parse CSV file which is semicolon delimited in Nintex workflows. The lines will be splitted by ; which is not an issue.However, there are escaped semicolons - that means they are wrapped in quotes example:column1;column2;"column3; stillcolumn 3";column4 I have a regex which can find a match - but it will find only 1 match. How to force Nintex to get/replace all occurrences?Regex:("[^";]*);([^"]*";) In .NET it is Regex.Matches, in JS there is an option /g but I do not know about any option in Nintex (except running this regex in a loop).

I'm trying to create a SharePoint form with repetitive controls.I'm a SharePoint Online user(Office 365).I'm looking for a workaround to do this without using InfoPath or any third party software like Nintex. A JavaScript solution would be ideal.Any suggestion is highly appreciated.
