Error Accessing "Edit Task Form" from within Assign a Task Workflow object

When I configure "Assign a Task" object in a workflow, then chose Edit Task Form I get an error.19350iA8907333274E8764.png

    I meant to include that I had to do this at the Top Level site administration. That was the piece I was missing.
