I am getting license invalid error while running ddp on a particular record. I am not able to understand why this is coming. Can you please tell me solution ?

This error message has been triggered as someone from this organization has Uninstalled the Drawloop Application from Salesforce. We are able to see that this occurred 4/1/19 at 8:57 AM PST.
