Can you use different object pages into a single from. Example, need info from Contact and Accounts.

Absolutely! All you need to do is open up the field tagger and grab the tags for the object you want information from and place them into your document.
For example:
Tag to pull in the Account Name.
<<Account_Name>>
Tag to pull in the Contact Name.
<<Contact_Name>>
