The pause to edit feature is not enabled for your account

Hi,

I am getting the below error and not able to find solution to enable this feature.

Referred release notes: I created a custom setting for Loop settings- it didn't work.

Can anyone please help me to enable pause to edit feature?

Any kind of help would be appreciated.
