Trying to make an edit to an existing Run DDP action, but cannot find the template used.
How can I determine which template is used for a specific Run DDP action?

To be clear you are referring to using an Action to run a DDP via Salesforce1 correct? If so, you should be able to go to the starting object in Setup and find the action click on it and it should redirect you to the visualforce page. That page may have a reference to a DDP Id where you can find a list of all of the templates associated to that DDP.
