Known Issue: Visual C++ Redistributable error when applying K2 Five 5.4 March 2022 Cumulative Update Fix Pack 11
KB003702
PRODUCTIssue
When installing the K2 Five 5.4 March 2022 Cumulative Update Fix Pack 11, the installer checks the version of Visual C++ Redistributable for compatibility with your current version of K2. If the installed version is a newer version compared to the one required by the Fix Pack, which is 2019, an error shows in the Configuration Analysis Tool on the Installation Health screen. The error is caused by the K2 Setup Manager failing on an internal check as it does not recognize the newer version of Visual C++ Redistributable. If the version of Visual C++ Redistributable is newer than the current version (2019) used by K2, all services will continue to function normally.
