When using the AssureSign delivery option for Nintex Drawloop, after making changes to an AssureSign template, such as updating the notifications or making changes to Webhooks, the changes are not reflected when sending a document out for signing.
Instructions
Drawloop currently caches the template settings at the time the delivery option was configured. By editing the delivery option and reselecting the template from AssureSign, the new template configuration will be reflected when documents are sent for signing from Drawloop.
