The K2 Support portal.k2.com doesn't render support tickets properly on the homepage,
Diagnoses
https://portal.k2.com doesn't render my support tickets properly on the homepage, it's been like this since we purchased your product, can anyone sort that out, it's pretty annoying?

Resolution
As discussed with the client this is a known issue and we are currently working on fixing the bugs on the portal site.The workaround is to click on a different tab on any browser being used and go back to the mainhome tab this refreshes the page and fixes the issue.
however when the issue re-occurs you would need to follow the above steps again
