Wrong Identity when authenticate with K2
 

Diagnoses


We have a user who has renamed the domain account but we found when login with the changed domain account the user is still mapped to old identity.

Old account Xxxxx
Changed account XxxxxYyyyy

When login with XxxxxYyyyy, workspace still show Xxxxx.

 

Resolution

Issue was resolved after K2 server was rebooted.
