Workspace Error
 

Diagnoses


We are getting error when accessing the workspace and smartforms.

Could not load file or assembly 'SourceCode.LicenseManagementAPI, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=16a2c5aaaa1b130d' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
 

Resolution

The error is usually caused by 32-bit support being enabled on the application pool in IIS used by the k2 workspace site. Disable 32-bit support on the application pool resolves the issue. K2 Workspace only supports 64-bit, please see k2 blackpearl 4.6 compatibility matrix at http://help.k2.com/en/blackpearlmatrix.aspx_64bit.
