Worklist control and workspace unresponsive after Identity Cache Refresh
Diagnoses
The scenario here is when using the Identity Cache Refresh script, the workspace all of a sudden becomes unresponsive, and the worklist control does not render at all affecting a lot of users.
Resolution
Check to see within the Identity.Identity table within the K2 DB to see if any users Expire On is set to an old date and set this to a date in the future.
After this perform a service restart and wait for the cache to expire again. After this the issue shouldn't persist again.
Please do refrain from using the user manager cache refresh script and instead use the Identity cache refresh tool which can be accessible from community.k2.com.
