Hi,
I am using SharePoint 2013 and new to Nintex workflows. Recently, one of our Nintex list workflows suddenly lost (as if deleted) but when checked with everybody, nobody deleted or even touched the workflows. Is there any process update in Nintex that could be responsible for the sudden lost of the workflows? Also, recently one of our workflows suddenly revert to previous version without anyone compiling it. Need advice if anyone ever experience the same issue. Thanks in advance.
