I've recently been asked to support a client who is using an older version on Sharepoint + Nintex. (Sharepoint 2010, Nintex v2.3.10.0)
They are having issues that the Nintex workflows are getting stuck in 'starting' status. I've tried rebooting the Sharepoint servers but nothing is having any impact, and I'm a bit lost as to what to do next, I was hoping someone here maybe able to offer some suggestions.
I appreciate its an older version but any help is greatly appreciated
