Symptoms
Workflows not launching after form submission post-deployment.
Diagnoses
Reviewing the Error Profiles in Management revealed the following error: "Could not find a SmartObject named: PDFFile . ServiceName: PDFConverterService ServiceGuid: Message: SmartObject [PDFFile ] could not be found. ServiceName PDFConverterService" (note the spaces after the SmartObject name).
Resolution
After recreating the related PDF Conversion Workflow events, the Workflow began to launch as expected.
