Symptoms
When attempting to add items into a package, some workflows are nowhere to be found in the "Add Items" list.
Diagnoses
Missing Workflows are visible from the K2 Workspace Management Console.
Resolution
-Stop the K2 blackpearl Server.
-Navigate to “C:ProgramDataSourceCodeHostServerRuntimeCache” (It’s in a hidden folder so you need to make it visible).
-Delete all contents of that folder.
-Restart K2 blackpearal Server.
