Workflow with conditional start (previous value does not equal to current value)

Hi all,

I defind a workflow that sould start when specific fields X and Y in the list have been changed (previous X not equal to X and previous Y not equal to Y). But actually the workflow runs also when only other Z clumn have been changed. Any suggestions please what may be the problem?
