workflow variables and ok button hide in select people and group -- web page dialog

I have Issue with select people and group -- web page dialog 

i can't see the workflow variables and also i can't see the ok button 

I got this message from browser : 

"Line: 796
Error: Object doesn't support property or method 'attachEvent'"
