I am using New responsive forms and Workflow. I recently found out (2 cases) that when task is created is not approved/rejected, whatever changes I am making in the form or directly in the list are just saving and not triggering the workflow.
I deleted the tasks, and updated the form/list but the issue is still same.
Has anyone faced this kind of issue?

could you provide a bit more information? Is the form on a task list?
Also when deleting the tasks the originating workflow instance might still be running and you still need to cancel it actively, so a new workflow instance might start and create the new tasks.
In general I did not see any errors or unexpected behaviors when working with the new responsive form and tasks.
