We have a SharePoint on-prem site which was one of the most stable applications. Since last couple of months, a workflow is not behaving properly.
It should ideally start on item creation - sometimes it starts, sometimes it does not. Someone has to then manually start the workflow. Relevant details:
1. We are using Nintex Workflow 2013 (3.1.5.0) version
2. The workflow has conditional start.
3. The NintexWFHistory list had 375,000 items in it so we created a new history list and re-published the workflow. We have also tried creating a new small workflow if it triggers on item creation - it did.
Please let me know if there any way to stop this. Any kind of suggestions are welcome.
