Workflows in the sharepoint is not working.It shows the error message like workflow is cancelled by the system account.Restarted the server many times.But it doesn't fixed the issue. What is the solution for this?

I recently have the similar issue with one of my nintex workflow. in my case it was because i did not configure the workflolw actions properly ( I have used a switch action and a run-if below the switch action). I didnt configure switch action properly.
