The screen shot is showing detailed Nintex workflow history and it should show the time.
What build of Nintex workflow are you using?

That build is 2 years old and was actually retracted from the download site and replaced with build 3.2.2.10 as it had a major issue.
I suggest upgrading to the latest build to resolve this issue.

Strange, Your initial screen shot does not look like the standard Nintex workflow History page. Are you using a custom masterpage? What happens if you use the default masterpage?
