"Workflow History" and "Schedule Workflows" options missing from ECB menu in SharePoint 2016 library after the site was upgraded from SharePoint 2010 using DB detach attach.

    Did you check if all Nintex features are activated? In some cases it can help to disable all features and re-enable them again.
