Two workflows errors notices this morning with the error message "[name of the workflow] failed ot run"
They both ran, they both completed, and if pull up the list item in SharePoint and click on the workflow link, the workflow instance doesn't show up at all...either as having completed or failed. When I look at the Nintex "workflow view" of the error it shows a yellow parent action, but when expanded to show all the child actions, they are all green. When I look at the Nintex detail view, under "Action History" at the top I see a very long list of workflow actions (it's a long workflow) that terminates in "End Workflow"; if I scroll down to the "Workflow Messages" section I just see the error message telling me the workflow didn't run. When I re-run the workflow it completes as expected.
I've recently been cataloging these errors and noticed that I had a similar error happen to an item 4 days ago.
These are list workflows set to run when the item changes. Other instances of the workflow are running fine. I've also recently set up this workflow to use its own Nintex Workflow History List (not sure it that could be related, but including it for completeness).
Any ideas?

Are you sure you're forum advance search is working for exact phrase searches (with quotes)? I recently searched for the exact phrase "workflow failed to run" and it returned results that did not have "Workflow failed to run" in the thread (so far as I could tell...I opened the thread, did a page search).
