Workflow Error in the "Run if" action when adding multiple conditions separated by "and" or "or"

I am getting the "Sorry, something went wrong" error when I separate conditions with an "and" or an "or" operations. This error occurs for any workflow actions with multiple conditions by "and" or "or" oparators.

This operation works perfectly if I only have one condition but returns an error if I combine multiple conditions. 

Please help!
