Workflow Duration Chart returns a 'parseerror'
Diagnoses
This is issue occurs on K2 Smartforms when a user selects to use a Workflow Duration Chart.
They apply the following to the chart:
- Adding 1 process in TAB A works
- Adding 1 process TAB B works
- Adding 2 processes to 1 TAB - this breaks the form and a 'ParseError' gets thrown on upon the interface.
Resolution
This issue gets resolved by applying an upgrade to 4.6.9.
