Workflow Designer suggestion for state machines

Hi community! I've submitted an idea on the user voice site and want to know what you think:

I can't count how many times I've been scrolling back and forth inside a huge state machine workflow only to open an actions properties under the wrong branch.

General idea: Allow for background colors to be applied within state machine branches and action sets.
