Our requirement is that, we have written application for provided-hosted app. This application is hosted on different server not on SharePoint server. We wanted to create Nintex Workflow Constants by using client object model, or is there any service being exposed by Nintex which is helpful to do so? There isn't way to directly create that outside of the designer. However, you could pass them along if you create a Nintex Component workflow as either query string variables or as headers in the rest call.
