This is my first question in the forum.

Wanted to know if we have workflow association forms in Nintex Workflow 2013/O365? 

Basically, I want to develop a Site Collection workflow that will run against the "Document" content type. When associating this workflow with any document library, I want to initialize some data that will be used by all workflow instances..

Any references or pointers would be really helpful!
