Symptoms
On my dev box, when I run the package and deployment wizard, the forms, views, and Smartobjects are not provided to add to the package.
Diagnoses
The 4.6.9 Package and Deployment coldfix had previously been applied. A K2 blackpearl repair was recently done that had replaced the cold-fixed assembly.
Resolution
Re-applying the coldfix assembly to resolved this issue.
