Dear All,

if i have a object (like "Send Notification") an within this object some references - something strange happens.

if i copy this object within the workflow, the refence will loose their information. After putting all the references (again) in the new object, it works fine.

Any IDeas?

Thanks in advance

We use WF2013 (3.0.8.0)

Are the references within "Send Notification" lookup fields? It sounds to me like its pointing to unique ids.

Hi Lisa,

thank you.

But can you help me to understand? Where can i check whether it is lookup field or not?

I dont think so, but let me check first.

Greetings, Murat

Go to the field in SharePoint and look at the properties of the field. If the field type (as compared to choice, line of text, etc) is a lookup that is how you know. If that is the field that you have copied in your workflow that could be the problem. Lookup fields behave strange when they are copied.

Hi Murat,

Was it issue ever resolved? If so could you explain how? If it was resolved by one of the responses to your question, please mark the answer as correct.

Thanks and Regards,
