Symptoms
When starting K2 Blackpearl server service account, error: Unable to load EventBus Server is shown.
Diagnoses
MSMQ was not fully installed and configured correctly. It seems that MSMQ has been installed as a workgroup instead of a domain controller which is preferable.
Resolution
As a workaround, using the private queue resolved the issue. Please ensure that the MSMQ is fully installed and configured correctly.
