we are using nintex workflows for sharepoint library with info-path forms. i am facing an issue for one item. when i info-path form submitted for that item, nintex workflows are not starting and also one duplicate item is getting created in the library. can anyone please help me out with this issue.
+17@Hrp010 not 100% what the main problem is from the info you provided.
Things to check for. Be sure your workflow is published to the library and is set to start when a new item is created. Secondly, if you are getting a duplicate item from a submitted form, you may have something misconfigured in the form.
I would be remiss to not recommend, just build the form with Nintex and get rid of that issue :smileyvery-happy:
