Symptoms
When deploying a package using the SP tooling, the tools shows "deploying item 0 of 0" and seem to hang.
Diagnoses
This has been diagnosed as a bug and has been addressed the latest 4.6.9 smartforms and PandampD rollups.
Resolution
After applying the roll-ups, the issue was not happening anymore. If you run into this issue on 4.6.9, please log a ticket and request the latest 4.6.9 smartforms and PandampD rollups.
