Symptoms

Issue:
After upgrading to 4.7, the K2 for SharePoint 2013 Application could not be activated on one of the site collections.

When activating the K2 for Application on a specific site collection, the following error is thrown:
Service Object doesn't not contain method.ServiceObject Management_K2Application]
 

Diagnoses

Diagnosis:
We removed the K2 Application from the Site collection, re-added it, however the issue still occurred. We ran through the App deployment setup manager, however this did not resolve the issue either. This only happened with one existing Site collection.
 

Resolution

Resolution:
The developers advised us to refresh the 2013 SharePoint Service instance for the problematic site collection as a last resort(it is not advisable to do this in normal circumstances), and then apply a new codefix to finally resolve the issue.
