I have a start rule on an activity set so that it will start after a few seconds (say 60).
It is at this moment more than an hour later and the process is still "paused" at this activity; it did not start with the server event(which should execute after 60 seconds) in the activity yet.
What am I missing ?

Are you able to run K2 in console mode with the the log level set to debug, do you then see any activity after the elapsed 60 seconds?
+11Did you use working hours on your start rule? The timer only ticks during working hours. Even if you used the default working hours, someone might have changed them such that they are not 24x7.
