Many talks about how to do check-in Checkout for a document, and how to override these actions.
In my company some ppl doing check in check out as a religious practice whiteout understanding why and when I ask I don't get the point why ppl check-in-out and when they really need to have this feature.
Please help me understand or give me an example for a case scenario that Check-in-out is vital?
How this could be rich input or trigger for a workflow?
