+3In Nintex Promapp, I used a Process Search report to get the list of required processes. In the generated report, I noticed that some of the processes were listed as Unpublished status and some with In Progress.
I tracked the Unpublished process in Promapp. The status of the process in Promapp was In Progress.
What is the significance of the Unpublished status in reports?

+4From what I've seen the status will remain "Unpublished" if the process has never been published before. The status will change to "In Progress" after the process has been published, but has been edited in some way. You're likely to see an 'In Progress' status once a process hits version 1.X or what have you. I hope this adds some clarity
