When I am executing below request using Forms web request control, it returns (401) Unauthorized. But when I try executing same using browser, it works !

But, verifying ULS logs shows this : 'Claims Windows Sign-In: Sending 401 for request **** because the user is not authenticated and resource requires authentication'.
This works absolutely fine in SP 2013. But after migrating to SP 2016, we are seeing this.
