Symptoms
The web parts (My work list and My Process) are not working in SharePoint,
below are the error we are receiving:
Web Part Error: A Web Part or Web Form Control on this Page cannot be displayed or imported. The type SourceCode.Workflow.TaskList.WebPart.TaskListWebPartFactory, SourceCode.Workflow.TaskList, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=16a2c5aaaa1b130d could not be found or it is not registered as safe.
Diagnoses
We found out that this issue was due to a corrupt sharepoint database that was fixed latelyRedeploy the k2 sharepoint 2010 by running the Setup manager on the sharepint server should resolve this.
Resolution
Issue resolved after redeploying k2 sharepoint
